I was born in San Jose, California and schooled in Mountain View. I moved to Oroville in 1966 and have lived here ever since. Oroville is a small town just like Mountain View and Sunnyvale used to be. I taught dancing for fifteen years (Flamenco) and danced professionally. I got my Real Estate license in 1975 and became a Broker in 1981. I opened my own office in 1983.

I enjoy being a Realtor and it is a definite learning experience. I have three grown children, eight grandchildren and two great grand babies. If you love our town you will love our lake. Please come visit us sometime!

My name is Kristyn Marquez. I was born and raised here in Oroville. I am very happily married, and together with my husband Robert, we have a two-year old son named Kaden.

One of the many reasons I became a Realtor is because I love to work with people, and I find it
very rewarding to know when I've found my clients just what they are looking for in a home. My grandmother is Shirley Witcher who has been the Owner/Broker of Feather River Properties for over 20 years, so it probably stood to reason that one day I would be a Realtor too.

Living in Oroville has been a blessing because I have made very good friends and I have many family members that also live in Oroville. I have spent every summer with my family and friends out on Lake Oroville. If I had to choose, I'd say that the greatest thing about this town is our lake. People come from all over to spend their weekends out on Lake Oroville. Oroville is a beautiful town that will keep on growing, and I am happy to say that I will be taking part in helping it grow!
